Join Us for Quayside 5k, Juniors, 3k, & U11 1k on Wednesday 23rd April 2025

We welcome all runners to our event from beginners in their first race, to local international runners and we are committed to helping all runners at all levels to achieve a PB in our event.

In the A-Race we have a generous prize structure and elite entry as detailed below to continue to strengthen our reputation as the strongest 5km race in the region.

In the B-Race have recruited PB Pacers who will run at a set pace from 20mins to 50mins with as many minutes covered from 20-50mins as we can – some of our volunteers will have ran in the A-Race and want to help others to a PB after their race!

T-Shirts at events have become a hot topic with concerns around the quality not being high enough to wear on a regular basis. We have decided to tackle this by offering a RunThrough Kit Technical T-Shirt with a retail value of £22 for £12 with the addition of the Quayside logo printed on the chest.

We can do this with our partner RT Kit as part of a strategic decision to raise awareness about the quality of the product whilst reducing the overall cost of events for those who would prefer not to have a t-shirt included.
