Southampton Running Festival In Support of No Limits on Sunday 31st August 2025

Join us for the return of the Southampton Running Festival and our second event here this year. Beginning and ending in the picturesque Southampton Common. It’s the perfect route for a PB featuring woodland, grassland, ponds, wetlands, lakes and parkland in the well used green open space in the centre of the city.

Southampton Common is a designated “Site of Special Scientific Interest” and an excellent venue for running, walking, and watching wildlife.

THE COURSE

See below the Half Marathon course and GPX files for the Half Marathon, 10k & 5k races. The Half Marathon consists of 6 laps with a U-turn at the start, the 10k has 3 laps and the 5k has 2 smaller laps.
